My services are tailored to your individual needs and the type and level of support that feels right for your family. Support may include a combination of in-person visits, phone support, and accompaniment to appointments, depending on your journey and the care you are seeking.
I also provide tailored support to those recovering from a birth injury or caring for multiples (twins or triplets).
I would love to connect with you to understand your circumstances and discuss how I can best support you through this season of change. Please contact me directly for specific pricing.
The costs listed provide a guide, with final packages agreed between both parties.

My foundational package is one antenatal visit and 5 postnatal visits.
Each visit is tailored to your needs and may include:
Birth debriefing and emotional support - a safe, supported space to talk through your birth experience, process your feelings, and reflect on this significant transition into parenthood.
Feeding support and reassurance - whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding, or exploring what works best for your family, I offer encouragement, practical support, and a listening ear.
Nourishing food and practical care - enjoy homemade baking provided at each visit, or support with meal preparation in your own home to help keep you nourished during this demanding season.
Gentle household support - helping with everyday tasks such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, tidying, or refreshing bathrooms, allowing you to focus on rest, recovery, and connection with your baby.
A space to talk through concerns - whether you are navigating sleep, feeding, recovery, emotions, or the many questions that come with new parenthood, I offer compassionate, non-judgemental support.
Support as you step out into the world with your baby - accompaniment to appointments, baby groups, or those first outings that can feel both exciting and overwhelming.
Support for older siblings - helping with school or daycare pick-ups, activities, or trips to the park, giving you valuable time to rest, recover, or simply spend quiet time with your newborn.

*based on 10 hours of overnight support
The early weeks with a new baby can be both beautiful and exhausting. Overnight doula support gives you the opportunity to rest while knowing your baby is being cared for in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to feeding, or simply needing uninterrupted sleep, I'm there to provide calm, practical support throughout the night. My role is to care for both you and your baby, helping your family feel rested, nurtured, and supported during this important transition.
What Overnight Support can include:
Responding to your baby's overnight needs, including settling, nappy changes, burping, and soothing
Bringing your baby to you for feeding, then resettling them afterwards so you can return to sleep
Bottle feeding with expressed breast milk or formula, if that is part of your feeding journey
Washing and sterilising bottles, pump parts, and feeding equipment
Light tidying of the nursery or feeding area to help you wake to a calm, organised space
Keeping track of feeds, sleep, and nappy changes if you would find this helpful
Providing reassurance, encouragement, and gentle guidance as you grow in confidence with your baby
Every family is different, so overnight support is tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to help you get the rest you need while ensuring both you and your baby feel safe, cared for, and supported.

Sometimes the most meaningful gift is practical help. These vouchers are a thoughtful way for employers, family members, or friends to offer tangible support to a new parent or growing family.
They are especially valuable for loved ones who may live further away and want to help but are limited by distance, or for groups of friends and family who would like to come together to provide something truly supportive during the postpartum period.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in 2-hour blocks, valued at $120 per block, and can be used towards practical, nurturing support tailored to the family's needs.
My role is to help lighten the load, create space for rest and connection, and remind you that you do not have to navigate the postpartum journey alone.
